Our Ethos

Our focus is on regeneration. We are taking long neglected land and restoring soil health to grow super tasty food while providing a haven for nature. We're more than a kitchen; we're an ecosystem. Our garden, still in development, aims to be a diverse habitat and a rich source of ingredients for our kitchen.

Growing Seasons, Growing Potential

This year saw an abundant yield of fruits and vegetables. Our vision for next year is even bolder: a flourishing orchard, a polytunnel in action, and more garden plots. The land isn’t just being used; it’s being enriched. We grow using organic methods and principles of permaculture so all our food is seasonal and delicious.
